While the Big data company, Palantir, begins trading on Wednesday, September 30, but only a few will be able to trade immediately.
Out of 2.17 billion fully diluted shares, only 257 million shares will be available next week. The remaining shares are subject to a 180-day lockup period.
They are expected to be open at $10 a share with a $22 billion valuation.
